The Pirates, London League’s most rebellious rise.

The Pirates, our men’s team formerly of Division 3, are famous for their fearless play, booming celebrations and love of controlled chaos on court. But last season, they proved they’re not just loud - they’re lethal.

Despite finishing just outside the promotion spots in fourth place, the Pirates ended the season on a high. And when the unexpected offer came to move up to Division 2, they didn’t hesitate. In true pirate fashion, they seized the moment and stole their way into the higher division.

This season marks the second year under coach Sandra’s command. Her tactical clarity, fiery Portuguese edge, and no-nonsense approach have already transformed the squad and now, in her second season, the Pirates are sharper, fitter and even more dangerous thenever. With captain Matthew leading from the front, the blend of discipline, passion and pirate spirit promises a thrilling campaign in Division 2.

They may be loud. They may be unpredictable. But they’re ambitious, battle-ready and proudly flying the Flaming Six flag higher than ever.

WHERE AND WHEN

Pirates holds their training sessions at Elms Academy on Monday nights, starting at 7:00 pm.

In addition to training, Elms Academy also serves as our home venue for matches.
