At Flaming Six Volleyball Club, we aim to provide clarity regarding payments and refunds for memberships, events, and other services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully.

1. Membership Fees

1.1 Non-Refundable Policy:

Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been received, as these fees contribute directly to club operations, facilities, coaching, and league registration.

1.2 Exceptional Circumstances:

Refunds for membership fees may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following exceptional circumstances:

Long-term injury or illness preventing participation (doctor’s note required).

Relocation outside of a reasonable distance from the club.

Requests must be submitted in writing to flamingsix@gmail.com and will be reviewed by the club board. Partial refunds may be offered at the discretion of the club.​

2. Events, Competitions, and Training Sessions

2.1 Cancellations by the Club:

If the club cancels an event, training session, or competition, participants will be offered either:

A full refund of the event or session fee.

A credit toward future events or training sessions.

2.2 Participant Cancellations:

If you are unable to attend an event or social, you must notify the club at least 48 hours before the event to be eligible for credit towards another event ran by the club. Requests received after this period will not be eligible for credit.

2.3 Training Sessions and Competitions:

Refunds will not be offered for missed sessions due to personal reasons, including scheduling conflicts or non-attendance.

3. Refund Processing

3.1 How Refunds Are Issued:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method and may take up to 14 business days to process.
